Started in 2021, Motto is a virtual, integrative Rheumatology practice currently seeing patients throughout Texas and California. Via an integrated care model that includes Rheumatologists, specialty nurse practitioners, health coaches and dietitians, Motto patients are given the structure and support they need to navigate and care for their rheumatic condition. Our compassionate health coaches & dietitians empower patients to integrate proven lifestyle improvements into their day-to-day lives, focusing on diet, movement, sleep, stress management, and mental health, thus supporting the work done by our board-certified rheumatologists. Through our mobile interface, patients are able to see their care team, track their symptoms and chat with their dedicated clinical team between visits, putting integrative care in their pocket.
