The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist is responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging interpretation and consultation focused on diseases and injuries involving bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues. The physician collaborates closely with orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, rheumatology, oncology, emergency medicine, primary care, and rehabilitation services to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. The MSK Radiologist performs and interprets advanced musculoskeletal imaging studies, participates in multidisciplinary conferences, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and supports educational and research activities as appropriate. Essential Responsibilities
Expertise in musculoskeletal anatomy and pathology
Advanced proficiency in MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography interpretation
Excellent communication skills
Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Work Environment
Hospital-based imaging departments
Outpatient imaging centers
Academic medical centers
Remote/teleradiology interpretation as applicable
Call Responsibilities
Participate in departmental call rotation as assigned.
Provide after-hours consultation for urgent musculoskeletal imaging studies.
Support trauma and emergency imaging coverage as required.
