Primus Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead marketing and product initiatives that drive brand awareness, strategy, customer engagement and business growth.

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a group of brands in our pharmaceutical portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, the pharmaceutical landscape, including compliance requirements, product life cycles, healthcare provider engagement, and patient-centric marketing approaches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Market Access, to deliver campaigns that are both compliant and results-driven.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products, from pre-launch to post-market stages.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, congresses, patient education, and HCP engagement) to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure all marketing content meets applicable guidelines.
- Partner with Sales and Market Access teams to support field activities, patient services, and brand growth initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, partners, and opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and support growth.
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful marketing experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences company, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing product launches and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling and compliant marketing messages.
- Experience in online or omnichannel marketing is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, project management skills, and communication.
- Positive attitude, can-do attitude, and strong work ethic required.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
